What we store

With an account we store your name, your email address, your system, your notes and your own boards. That is needed for the app to work: logging in with a code, showing your system and reviewing your boards. Without an account we store nothing about you, unless you sign up as a beta tester: then we store your name, email address and playing level to invite you to tests.

Who sees what

Your system, notes and own boards are seen only by you and the people you invite, such as your partner. Results and deals from public sources (federations, clubs, tournaments) are public, as they are at the source. You appear on the supporters list only if you choose to; we never show amounts.

Contributions and payments

Contributions are paid through Mollie. Your payment details go to Mollie, not to us; we only see the amount, the date and whether it succeeded. You stop a monthly contribution yourself in your account.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored in a database in the European Union (Frankfurt). We sell nothing and share only what is needed with the services that run the app.

Error reports

To track down errors we may send technical reports, with an anonymous session code and without your name, email address or system.

Deletion

Want your account and data deleted? Email [email protected]. We then delete your account, your system, your notes and your own boards. Public results stay as they are at the source.
